Overview
After an incredible first season, we’re returning to Dachstein West for our second year in Austria. Set in a quieter corner of the Alps, this is skiing at a different pace. Wide, open pistes, tree-lined runs, and breathtaking views. It’s a place to build confidence, find your rhythm, and properly enjoy being on the mountain. Our base is in Gosau, a peaceful lakeside village with everything you need for a winter reset. Modern alpine apartments, a full spa and sauna experience, gym access, and a waterside yoga studio with a plunge pool. A spa basket will be waiting for you on arrival, complete with robe and slippers, so you can ease straight into it. Our days revolve around time on the mountain, skiing together, progressing at your own pace, and sharing a group lesson designed to build confidence in a relaxed and supportive way. Off the slopes, the experience softens. Yoga, good food, time to unwind, and easy evenings together. A few glasses of wine, good conversation, and that feeling of being properly away from it all. This isn’t about crowded après or late nights. It’s relaxed, refreshing, and grounded in the landscape around you. Options to also explore beyond the slopes, including a visit to Hallstatt, known for its lakeside setting and alpine beauty. Your tourist pass, approximately €2 per night, includes access to the local ski bus, making everything simple and easy to navigate. This retreat is designed for beginner and intermediate skiers. You should feel comfortable with the basics, including turning, stopping, and controlling your speed. If you’re completely new, we recommend getting a few lessons in beforehand. PHYSICAL RATING
Lively trips bring a moderate challenge, with hikes or activities requiring some physical effort. Expect plenty of movement and a sense of adventure. Beginners are welcome, but a moderate base of fitness is necessary. Not sure if you’re ready? Get in touch, our team can help you physically prepare for your desired trip.
RELAXATION
This trip offer optional movement and meditation, through a style of yoga, stretching, and mindfulness. We encourage moments of grounding reflection and sometimes offer guided journaling to help you focus on key intentions during your journey. All our yoga and holistic sessions are beginner friendly.

Dachstein7 & DasGams
Modern alpine accommodation in the heart of Gosau.
We’ll be staying in Gosau, close to the ski area, across a small collection of high-quality alpine apartments including Dachstein 7 and dasGams. Both properties are well designed, comfortable, and well suited to small group travel.
The accommodation is apartment-style rather than a hotel setup, and we'll have a central apartment giving us the space to settle in, eat together, and relax at the end of the day.
Guests have access to wellness facilities, including saunas, ideal for warming up and unwinding after time on the mountain. And a highlight is a lakeside yoga studio in DasGams.

Dachstein 7, Gosau
Set in the heart of the Austrian Alps, Dachstein 7 in Gosau is your elevated mountain base, a collection of beautifully designed, self-serviced alpine apartments perfect for a group retreat with a little extra privacy and space.
Each apartment is fully self-contained, with stylish interiors, open-plan living, and fully equipped kitchens, giving you the freedom to move at your own pace while still feeling completely taken care of.
Designed for our women-only group trips, the accommodation is perfectly suited to solo travellers and friends. You’ll find a mix of private and shared room options that feel social when you want it, and calm and restorative when you need it.
And when it’s time to switch off, this is where it really comes into its own. Expect a private spa with sauna and bio steam, a fully equipped gym, and a waterside yoga studio overlooking the mountains, complete with a plunge pool for the ultimate reset.
It’s equal parts mountain escape, wellness retreat, and social basecamp, all set against one of Austria’s most iconic alpine backdrops
